The Clinicians at Lifetime Skin Care Centers are Specialists. If you have an HMO plan, or a plan that requires a referral, please contact your insurance for authorization/referral requirements. Please be aware, that it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain referrals from their primary doctor for specialty services when required by insurance.
